You may arrive anytime after 10 AM. Ending time for events is 10:00 PM Sunday - Thursday and 11:00 PM Friday & Saturday.

  • Sunday-Thursday: $1400 + taxFriday-Saturday: $2200+ tax

    Extra hours: $150 per hour + tax

    Hourly rates are available with minimum requirements.

  • To hold any date, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required. We do not hold dates until we receive payment. The balance is due 30 days before the event date.

  • You may arrive anytime after 10:00 am, or earlier by prior agreement. Ending time for events is 10:00 pm Sunday-Thursday and 11:00 pm Friday & Saturday. We allow one hour before and one hour after your confirmed time to set up and clean up.

  • Yes, the venue is easily transformable and can be set up in a variety of ways.

  • Yes, we are located in the same building as the Inn at Lynden. We have several room options perfect for preparing for your special event.

  • You can bring your own food, although we do not allow any type of cooking on the premises. You may bring your own alcohol. A banquet permit is required. Please refer to the Washington State Liquor Board guidelines for events.

  • Yes, you will need to provide proof of insurance with a minimum general liability of $1,000,000 with ForeFront Hospitality, LLC named as an additional insured.

  • There is no smoking or vaping allowed anywhere on the premises.

  • If available, we allow day before or day after storage of décor and equipment. There is a charge for this service

  • We do not allow open-flame candles and we must approve lamps & lighting. We do not allow confetti, rice, fireworks, sparklers, or birdseed.

  • Yes. Elevator access and ADA restrooms are available.

  • We do not provide computers, audio/visual equipment or special lighting. We can provide a list of preferred vendors to contact for your presentation needs.

  • You may arrange for your own music, subject to certain restrictions, which include volume level.

  • In addition to street parking in downtown Lynden, there are four, free, city-owned parking lots conveniently located nearby.
