Check-In Time: 3:00 p.m.
Should you arrive earlier, you are welcome to explore the many offerings of the Waples Mercantile Building, the historic building the Inn at Lynden calls home. Browse, eat or shop while you wait, in one, or all, of the four unique specialty shops that share our historic space. Cross the hallway to enjoy a locally crafted beer at Overflow Taps, stroll through the lobby to browse Village Books, grab a bite to eat at Avenue Bread, or shop the latest in women’s fashion at Cheeks Jeans.

Check-Out Time: 11:00 a.m.
If you would like to linger to further explore the shops in the Waples Mercantile Building, or to wander Historic Downtown Lynden, we will happily store your luggage free of charge.

Membership Discounts
It is our standing policy to honor and provide a discount to members of all branches of the military, as well as seniors age 62 and over, first responders and members of the AAA and CAA. Simply show the appropriate membership identification at check in and we will apply a discount to your seasonal room rate.

Gift Certificates
Share the Inn at Lynden with your friends, colleagues and loved ones. To inquire about gift certificates, please see Guest Services, or call 360.746.8597.

Smoking
We are a non-smoking property. A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking in any of our guest rooms.

Cancellation Policy
We will refund your payment if we receive notice of your cancellation at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival. This does not apply to reservations made for non-refundable special rates.

Pets
While we are a pet free property, we are to happy to assist in placing your four legged friend in the capable hands of one of several nearby kenneling facilities. A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed for pets kept in any of our guest rooms.

Occupancy Policy
All of our room rates are based upon double occupancy. However, many of our rooms can sleep three, or even four, adults. The maximum room occupancy is stated in the room descriptions for each room. For each adult exceeding the base occupancy of two there is a $10 charge, while children 17 yrs of age and younger stay free.

Roll-Away Beds/Cribs
Many of our rooms feature sleeper chairs or sofa beds and so roll-away beds are not available. Children’s play pens are available, at no additional cost, upon request.

Damages
The Inn at Lynden reserves the right to charge for any damages incurred to the property by guests during their stay and may apply an additional housekeeping fee as a result of the damages.
