Welcome…we’re glad you’re here!

The 100-year-old Waples Mercantile Building is the vibrant home for the Inn at Lynden. Our boutique hotel is one of a select few in Washington State that reside in a structure listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. We share our home with a distinctive group of restaurant and retail merchants who together infuse convenience, comfort and interest into the charming town of Lynden.

Rooms & Suites

Each of our 35 rooms offers stylish and serene comfort in a setting that highlights the building's rich history. Visitors love the warm ambience of the wood flooring and supporting beams cut from ancient Douglas Fir trees and set in place over 100 years ago.

Choose from a variety of different room types, with king or queen beds and luxurious ensuites. Or, treat yourself to a stay in the deluxe Celebration Suite. Find your perfect room here.
